Merry Christmas

We want things because we're sure those things will make us happy and then, those things end up making us more miserable than when we started. I hope you don't get anything you want.

Well...that was short, not sure about sweet...but definitely to the point.

Merry Christmas!

Good post. I'm very grateful for many things I have asked for, over the years, and never got!

I am very amused by your writing. I used to live on 8th Avenue in Park Slope right by GAP (Grand Army Plaza). But now I live all the way in the neighBORING state of Connecticut.

I want to contribute toi you r contest which I just read about this morning. I guess I'll go to that page in a moment. I have thought about a name for a solid 10 minutes and my mind keeps drifting to a lot of what you wrote and the way I think you truly feel about getting stoned all the time......as I DO TOO.
We are escaping, we are escapists. But we really don't want to think of ourselves that way. I have no intention of interrupting my everyday pot smoking, but I really wish I did.

Howabout, since we are so deft at being such clever and very prepared escape artists, why don't we lovingly call ourselves Houdini or even Blaine?
